One of six footwear styles that make up the Doernbecher Freestyle XIX Collection, the Nike GO FlyEase is designed by Christopher Musquiz Jr., whose love of Japanese culture is reflected in the Mount Fuji graphic on the tongue, along with a red kimono-inspired wrap design throughout the mesh upper. A wave pattern nods to Chris’ fondness for the beach, while the interior lining displays a graphic that sees Chris relaxing on the beach with a panda, his favorite animal. ‘Smarter than you think’ is inscribed on the sockliner, reflecting how seriously the 14-year-old takes his studies.
