Shipping Costs

The cost of US domestic shipping for Standard Items and Instant Items with Standard Delivery is $14.75 to the 48 contiguous states and $27.50 to Hawaii and Alaska.

The cost of shipping for “Instant” items ordered with Next Day delivery is $27. Please note, Next Day delivery is only available for “Instant” items with a delivery address within the 48 contiguous states and is not available for orders delivered to PO Boxes or military bases.

The cost of shipping for “Instant” items ordered with Same Day delivery is $30. Please note, Same Day delivery is only available for select “Instant” items with a delivery address in Manhattan, NY and is not available for orders delivered to PO Boxes or military bases.

The cost of shipping for Order Upgrade (Priority) is $12.00 plus tax for eligible orders.

US ORDERS
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
Standard Items with Standard Delivery
Most items are shipped to us first for review before being delivered to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for GOAT to receive, review, and ship an item to you due to weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
Standard Items with Order Upgrade (Priority)
Order Upgrade (Priority) is an optional upgrade for eligible sneaker orders that are first shipped to one of our facilities for review and is available only to buyers located in the 48 contiguous states (excluding PO boxes and military bases). With Order Upgrade (Priority), your order will receive priority processing (which helps ensure you get your item faster) once it arrives at one of our facilities. It will typically take 1-3 business days for a Standard item with Order Upgrade (Priority) to be delivered following our receipt of the item. If eligible, you can upgrade your order through a relevant push notification or by navigating to the specific order in your “Orders” tab of the GOAT app.
Instant Items with Standard Delivery
Items that are labeled “Instant” have already been verified and ship directly from our facilities or a selected partner to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 3-5 business days for an “Instant” item ordered before 11:00 AM local time with Standard delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states and 4-6 business days for an “Instant” item ordered after 11:00 AM local time with Standard delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states.
Instant Items with Next Day Delivery
Depending on your item's location, one of our preferred carriers can fulfill your order using their next day delivery option. Carrier next day delivery is an option for “Instant” items available only to buyers located in the 48 contiguous states, excluding PO boxes and military bases. It will typically take 1 business day for an “Instant” item ordered before 11:00 AM local time with carrier next day delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states and 2 business days for an “Instant” item ordered after 11:00 AM local time with carrier next day delivery to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states.
Instant Items with Same Day Delivery
Carrier same day delivery is an option for select “Instant” items available only to buyers located within certain areas of Manhattan, NY. An “Instant” item with Same Day delivery ordered before 11:00 AM ET will typically be delivered by 10:00 PM ET to a buyer located in Manhattan, NY.
Auction Items
Auction items have already been verified and will ship directly from our facilities to you, or from a selected gallery or partner. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take between 7-10 business days for most auction items to be delivered, although in some cases it could take up to 30 days for the item to be delivered. Please note that certain auction items may take longer to be delivered based on their location or if they are made-to-order.
Shipping to a UPS Access Point
UPS Access Point Pickup is a secure delivery option for certain orders shipped with Standard, Instant, Instant (Next Day) and Order Upgrade (Priority) delivery. UPS Access Point Pickup is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
Delivery estimates for Standard, Instant, Instant (Next Day), and Order Upgrade (Priority) delivery are applicable to UPS Access Point Pickup orders.
To ship your item to a UPS Access Point, simply select “Pickup” as your delivery method during checkout, then choose your preferred UPS Access Point Pickup location. UPS Access Point locations include UPS Stores, UPS retail partners (including local business and retail chains such as CVS, Michael’s, and Advance Auto Parts), and UPS lockers.
If you select UPS Access Point Pickup as your delivery method, you will be notified via email when your package has arrived at your chosen UPS Access Point location. To securely pick up your item, you must present a government-issued photo ID that matches the name associated with your GOAT order.
Your package will be held at the UPS Access Point for 7 days after delivery. If you do not pick it up within that time, your package will be returned to GOAT and placed in GOAT Storage. Please see the “GOAT Storage” section within this policy for information on how to retrieve items from GOAT Storage.
Orders completed via Offers are not currently eligible for UPS Access Point Pickup.
NON-US ORDERS
For non-US orders, delivery times vary due to customs. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
Standard Items with Standard Delivery
Most items are shipped to us first for review before being delivered to you. It will typically take 5-30 business days for orders to be delivered to a buyer located outside the US. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for GOAT to receive, review, and ship an item to you due to weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control.
Instant Items with Standard Delivery
Items that are labeled “Instant” have already been verified and ship directly from our facilities or a selected partner to you. For buyers located in the United Kingdom, France, and Japan, it will typically take 3-5 business days for an “Instant” item ordered before 11:00 AM local time with Standard shipping and 4-5 business days for an “Instant” item ordered after 11:00 AM local time with Standard shipping to be delivered. For all other non-US buyers, it will typically take between 5-30 business days to be delivered.
Auction Items
Auction items have already been verified and will ship directly from our facilities to you, or from a selected gallery or partner. For buyers located outside the US, it will typically take between 7-10 business days for most auction items to be delivered, although in some cases it could take up to 30 days for the item to be delivered. Please note that certain auction items may take longer to be delivered based on their location or if they are made-to-order.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
If you receive an email that your order is undeliverable, you must respond to arrange for delivery of your order. If you do not receive your order, you may contact GOAT Support for further assistance. Our Customer Support team will attempt to locate your order or inform you if it has been canceled. If your order has been canceled, our Customer Support team will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) to your original payment method.
PURCHASES
BUYER PROTECTION POLICY
Our Buyer Protection Policy helps us to provide a safe, and positive, shopping experience for the entire GOAT community. Should a purchased item not ultimately meet our quality standards, we provide support and protection through our Buyer Protection Policy.

CURRENCY
All fees are listed in US dollars, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates, except as described below. If you are an international buyer, you may have the option to buy items in your local currency or US dollars. If you opt to pay in your local currency:

We'll automatically display your order total in your local currency on the checkout page. Your order total includes the foreign exchange rate as well as any applicable fees or costs.

If you return a purchase that was purchased in your local currency, you will receive GOAT Credit in the amount you paid in your local currency converted to USD. Please note that all GOAT Credit issued as part of a refund expires one year after the date of issuance for buyers located in the US, except as provided under the “Returns” section of this policy (below), or unless otherwise specified.

Offers can only be made in USD at this time. We may display approximate conversions to help you make the best offer.

Some payment methods may not be supported for local currencies.
Because foreign exchange rates fluctuate, the price you see for an item in your local currency on one day may be different from the price for that same item on another day. The foreign exchange rates we apply are updated daily. GOAT takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any foreign exchange rate applied to your purchase or return.
RISK OF LOSS
If you do not receive your package, we will help you to file a claim with the carrier, provided that you have not elected to receive your package using a freight forwarder. GOAT is the seller of record for purchases made by buyers shopping from the United States. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, and we may require you to sign and return an affidavit or to otherwise verify your identity with a third-party service provider before looking into your claim. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY AND SALES TAXES, VAT, AND DUTIES
All prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Available inventory is subject to change without notice at any time. As a result, if your order is canceled for any reason prior to your receipt of the order, you may not be able to purchase the same item you originally ordered, and if the same item is available, it may not be available at the same price as your original purchase.
We will collect sales or use tax (collectively “Sales Tax”) and Value-Added Tax (“VAT”) on purchases of taxable items from buyers located in certain jurisdictions where we have determined that we have a legal obligation to collect taxes for such purchases. In these jurisdictions, we will remit the tax collected from buyers to the appropriate taxing authority. In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, applicable tax laws may require buyers to remit or pay taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer’s shipping address, rather than a buyer’s billing address. These taxes will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable jurisdictions, even for current offers that are completed at a later time.
Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax while other states may exclude shipping fees.

NON-US BUYERS
For non-US buyers, we will declare the price that was paid for customs purposes. Unless otherwise indicated in this FAQ, buyers are responsible for the applicable customs duties and taxes that are billed by their respective countries of residence.
PAYMENT METHODS
For purchases made in the US, we accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa. Depending on your shopping region, we also accept Affirm, Afterpay, Alipay, Apple Pay, giropay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Paypal.
SHIPPING, CONTACT, BILLING, AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please review your shipping, contact, billing, and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank. Please note that GOAT is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. For certain items, you may be able to cancel your order (within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first), and place the order again with the correct shipping address. However, you may not be able to purchase the same item you originally ordered, and if the same item is available, it may not be available at the same price as your original purchase.
ORDER REVIEW
All orders are subject to fraud review which may result in a delay in processing. We may also require additional information in order to verify your purchase. Until you receive final confirmation of your purchase, please check your email and respond to any requests for verification. While your order is being reviewed, your account may be placed on hold until the review is completed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion. For items that are not labeled “Instant” or that are not purchased using the “Offer” feature, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it and/or before it is confirmed by the seller, whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither has occurred, simply tap the “Cancel” button on the Orders screen. Items that are labeled “Instant” or items purchased using the “Offer” feature are auto-confirmed and cannot be canceled.
If your order is canceled before you have been charged, you may see a pending authorization on your card that will ultimately disappear from your account in a few days. You will not be charged for the order. If your order is canceled after you have already been charged for the order, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) to your original payment method. Shipping upgrade fees, if applicable, will also be separately refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution 3-5 business days to fully process the refund.
AUCTIONS
Once a Live Auction order is placed and the transaction completed, your order cannot be canceled. Bids placed during an Absentee Auction are binding and cannot be canceled. Applicable shipping costs and taxes for auction items will be calculated at checkout and will be charged in addition to the winning bid price. All auction items are FINAL SALE. Please review our Auction FAQs for more information.
RETURNS
STANDARD RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns on New In Box, New No Box, GOAT Clean, apparel, and accessory purchases that are in the same condition as when shipped and that do not fall within any of the categories described in the next paragraph. As your return may be rejected if the item is creased or otherwise altered as a result of trying it on, please try on your items carefully.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any items listed as "Final Sale" on the checkout page, special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release), any used items, auction items, any GOAT Storage items, or any items shipped to a freight forwarder or a delivery address in the People's Republic of China. All purchases of such items are FINAL SALE and we do not issue refunds or accept returns for such purchases except as otherwise required by applicable law or pursuant to our Buyer Protection Policy.
You have 14 days to request a return from the date you receive your item(s). Failure to initiate a return request within 14 days of receipt may result in the denial of your return request under our Standard Return policy. To initiate a Standard Return, tap “Request Return” in the GOAT app when you receive your package or contact us here. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made.

US Returns
For eligible items, you will have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a Standard Return request. Failure to submit a return request within 14 days of receipt may result in the denial of your return request under our Standard Return policy. Upon submitting your Standard Return request, you will be provided three return options: (1) return for refund; (2) our White Glove Return option; or (3) submit the item for sale with GOAT Group.
All refunds under our Standard Return process will be provided in the form of GOAT Credit. Please note that all GOAT Credit issued as part of a refund expires one year after the date of issuance for buyers located in the US, except for orders with a shipping address in one of the following states: CA, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, NC, NE, NV, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI.
GOAT Credit can be used on any GOAT purchases, including offers, except as otherwise required by applicable law, in accordance with the Buyer Protection Policy, or otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Please note that for all the options available as part of our Standard Return process, item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your return label. Please note that failure to ship the item within three business days of receiving the return label may result in the denial of your return request. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned item and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Option 1 - Return for Refund
For items that you wish to return for a refund, your refund amount will be the item total minus the shipping costs to and from you, a return processing fee of up to 9.5% of the item's price, and any priority processing fee paid. Your refund will be provided in the form of GOAT Credit, subject to the terms specified above.
If you elect to return your item for a refund, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. Evaluation criteria include the following:

Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us. Please note returns will not be processed without a GOAT return label and packing slip.

Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: same item, no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear, and all original packaging included.

Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your return label. The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned item and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
Make sure to only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box. We will be unable to return any additional items included with your return.
Option 2 - White Glove Return
If you would like to use our White Glove Return option to list your item, you must return your item to us and, upon receipt, we will price and activate your listing. Once sold, we will deposit your earnings into your account in the form of GOAT Credit, subject to the terms specified above. The credited amount will equal the item price minus the shipping costs to and from you, a return processing fee of up to 9.5% of the item's price, and any priority processing fee paid. Return processing fees may vary depending on your item popularity, time of return, or past account activity. You will not be charged a commission nor seller fee for White Glove Return items sold on your behalf.
If, after 60 days, your White Glove Return item doesn’t sell, we will initiate the Return for Refund process described above and provide you with a refund in the form of GOAT Credit, subject to the terms specified above. You can also request a Return for Refund at any point within the 60-day window by contacting us here.
Option 3 - Submit your Return for Sale with GOAT Group
If you would like to submit the return item for sale with GOAT Group, you will not be charged a commission fee if your item sells within 60 days of being returned to us. Earnings made from your sale will be deposited into your GOAT or alias account (as applicable) and available to spend or cash out. If you choose to submit your return for sale, you will be provided a return shipping label in order to send your item to GOAT.
Once the returned item has been reviewed by GOAT to confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped to you, you will be able to price and activate your listing. If you have a GOAT seller account, your item can be found in your “Consigned listings” folder located under the “Sell” tab in the GOAT app. All items submitted for sale with GOAT will be subject to the Selling with GOAT Policy.
If you do not yet have a GOAT seller account, you will need to download the alias app and then link your GOAT account to alias in order to access your item. Your item can then be found in your “Not For Sale” folder. All items sold via alias will be subject to the alias Seller Policy.
International Returns
For eligible items, you will have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). Failure to initiate a return request within 14 days of receipt may result in the denial of your return request under our Standard Return policy. To initiate a return, tap “Request Return” in the GOAT app when you receive your package or by contacting us here. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made.

Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the shipping costs to and from you and less any priority processing fee paid, by issuing you GOAT Credit to use on future purchases, except as otherwise required by applicable law, in accordance with the Buyer Protection Policy, or otherwise determined by us in our sole and reasonable discretion.
Make sure to only include the item(s) to be returned in your shipping box. We will be unable to return any additional items included with your return.
REJECTED RETURNS
If your return request is not approved by us for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. For sneaker items, you will have the option to have the item sent back to you at your expense or consigned on your behalf with us. For apparel and accessory items, you may have the item sent back to you at your expense. If you elect to have the item sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs and send the item to you after you have paid for the return shipping costs. If you choose to consign a sneaker item, we will activate the listing at the same price you paid for such sneaker item, and if the sneaker item is sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy. You may change the listing price at any time within the GOAT app. For sneaker items, if you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved, or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will consign the sneaker item on your behalf and activate the listing at the same price you paid for such sneaker item and if the sneaker item is sold, you will be paid pursuant to our Fee Policy. You may change the listing price at any time within the GOAT app.
If your return request is not approved by us because we determine that an item sent back to us is not the same item that was shipped to you, you will have the option to have the item sent back to you or disposed of by us at our reasonable discretion. If you choose to have the item sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs back to you. If you do not respond within 14 days of receiving notice that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt, we will dispose of the item at our reasonable discretion. If you consign items with us as described above, the terms and conditions under “Consigned Items” in the Selling with GOAT Policy will apply to your consignment of such items with us. If, after 60 days, your item hasn’t sold, your standard commission fee will be applied. You will have the option to reprice your item or ship it back at any time.
GOAT CLEAN
All items listed in the GOAT Clean section are part of the GOAT Clean collection. Each item listed has been professionally cleaned, graded, and photographed to provide full transparency on the condition of the item.
Once an item goes through the GOAT Clean process, we assess the condition of the item and assign a grade that describes the item’s overall condition:.

Like New: Minimal to no signs of wear.

Excellent: Slight wear on tread with minimal creasing.
-
Very Good: Gentle wear with some creasing, scratches, and/or slight discoloration.

Good: Moderate wear with visible creasing, scuffing, and/or discoloration.
Please see the section titled “Returns” above for details on returning GOAT Clean items.
GOAT STORAGE
For items eligible for GOAT Storage, select GOAT Storage as your shipping option at checkout and we'll store your items until you're ready to ship. Your items will be held in our GOAT Storage facilities following verification.
Once verified, you may list your items by using the “Profile” tab on the GOAT app.
You can have your GOAT Storage items shipped back to you through the GOAT app by going to the “Profile” tab and tapping the “Ship” button. Once the items ship, you will be charged a retrieval fee, which includes shipping costs and any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges.
We reserve the right to charge a storage fee for items in GOAT Storage, which will be deducted from your seller account balance. If we decide to charge such a storage fee, we will provide you with advance notice of such storage fee through the GOAT app, website, or via email and give you an opportunity to withdraw your items from GOAT Storage prior to the date such storage fee is first assessed. You will be charged a retrieval fee, which includes shipping costs and any applicable taxes, fees, or other charges, if you decide to withdraw any of your items. If storage fee charges result in a negative seller account balance, you may restore your seller account balance to zero by linking your GOAT account with an alias account. By doing so, you authorize GOAT to charge the valid payment method associated with your alias account for any outstanding storage fees.
Affirm and Afterpay are currently not available for GOAT Storage purchases.
All purchases where you select GOAT Storage as your shipping option are FINAL SALE unless it meets one or more criteria set forth in our Buyer Protection Policy (described above) or as prohibited by applicable law.
