Created by industrial designer Giulio Iacchetti in 2019, the Alessi Caffa is named after a region in Ethiopia that is believed to be the origin of the word "coffee." Built from stainless steel with a vacuum interspace for temperature control, the mug is finished with a thermoplastic resin lid that can be opened with one hand. The conical shape is designed to slot into various cupholders and fit comfortably in the hand. This iteration of the Caffa features a white lid.
