This Zoom VaporFly Elite FlyPrint was created for long-distance runner Eliud Kipchoge to wear at the 2018 London Marathon. It features the same tooling as the VaporFly Elite, but upgrades that shoe’s Flyknit with running’s first 3D-printed ‘FlyPrint’ upper. The design was specifically targeted at improving breathability and negating water retention to keep the shoe light in the rainy season. The colorway was inspired by the clay track, green grass, and beetle shell iridescence of Kipchoge’s training ground in Kenya. A very limited run was sold in London via the Nike App during the marathon.
