Yves Saint Laurent founded his eponymous house in 1961, creating styles that helped define movements and eras. In 2012, creative director Hedi Slimane removed “Yves” from the brand’s name in order to align the house with the original name for Yves’ ready-to-wear line, Saint Laurent Rive Gauche. Today, Saint Laurent is renowned worldwide for its luxury apparel, sneakers, bags, jewelry and more.
