The Converse Skid Grip Low ‘Malachite Green’ updates an archival model that debuted back in 1910 as the Converse Circular Vamp Oxford (CVO). It would adopt its current name in the 1960s, a reference to the added no-slip rubber sole originally made for boating. The military-inspired build features varying shades of teal on the upper, composed of jungle cloth on the lateral side and suede on the opposite side. Green waxed canvas is utilized on the tongue and vamp.
