Air Jordan 15
Debuted in 1999, Tinker Hatfield found inspiration for the Air Jordan 15 in the X-15, a hypersonic rocket-powered aircraft. The aerodynamic sneaker features an intricate woven upper and leather overlays. A Pebax heel counter helps stabilize the foot, supported by a concealed speed lacing system, Dynamic Fit sleeve and Zoom Air cushioning. The protruding tongue mirrors Michael Jordan’s tongue-out drives to the rim.
