The Nike LeBron 11 ‘Terracotta Warrior’ is inspired by a 2011 trip in which James visited Xi’an, China, where he was impressed by the Terracotta Warrior Exhibition. The sculptures form the basis for the shoe’s neutral stone coloring, accented with pops of teal, Court Purple, and University Red to reflect how the pieces originally appeared. The Hyperposite paneling has a graphic texture mimicking plated armor, while the shank plate has a design emblematic of typical Bronze Age artwork.
