The Carhartt WIP x New Balance 990v1 Made in USA ‘Sculpture Center’ is taken from a capsule collection inspired by ‘no-frills, no-shortcuts’ neighborhood gyms. The retro runner evinces a lived-in aesthetic, highlighted by a grey mesh upper with hairy suede overlays in a dark navy hue. Mismatched New Balance and Carhartt WIP branding appears on each shoe’s woven tongue tag and reflective leather heel tab. Lightweight cushioning arrives via a full-length EVA midsole, supported underfoot by a two-tone Vibram outsole.
