Unveiled in October 2019, the Nike Air Force 1 Low 'Shibuya Halloween' sneaker draws inspiration from the Tokyo district's annual costume street party. Patent leather and orange tumbled leather split the upper, with transparent inserts representing the bags that litter the streets after the event.
