Founded by Kent Uyehara in 1986, FTC officially launched with its own skateboard shop in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury neighborhood in 1994. Short for "For The City," the brand takes pride in SF's legacy as a skating hub, actively supporting the Bay Area's emerging and established riders. The Viva Logo 6-Panel Hat features a script-style FTC logo on the front. The visor is executed in a contrasting color.
