Designed for the rigors of cross-training, the Nike Metcon Sport is a radical take on the dynamic sneaker. This 'Dark Grey' iteration—released in April 2019—mixes neoprene, mesh and tonal skin on the upper for strategic adaptability. Dual pull tabs aid entry, and the textured midfoot strap customizes the fit. A signature wordmark is worn on the heel. The Swoosh-branded midsole and deep rubber outsole tread are optimized for speed drills and lifting.
