In 2018, the NBA's official league partner, Jack Daniels, paired up with legendary sneaker customizer, The Shoe Surgeon, to create a special release to celebrate that year's NBA All-Star Weekend. The Jack Daniel's x The Shoe Surgeon x Air Force 1 Low 'Tennessee Honey Whiskey' sneaker attains luxury status with premium leather in three complementary forms across its upper; a distressed brown leather base, tan vachetta accents and a black Horween leather eyestay. Pairs of this limited-edition sneaker were raffled off at the brand's Lynchburg General Store pop-up shop.
