The Hello Kitty x Nike Air Presto ‘University Blue’ pays homage to the cartoon icon created by Yuko Shimizu in 1974. Inspired by an extremely limited 2004 collaboration that was gifted to friends and family, the retro runner features a Hello Kitty print throughout the bright blue mesh upper. The character’s likeness appears on the white TPU heel cage, while her signature red bow adorns the tongue. The sock-like build rests on an Air-infused Phylon midsole, accented with five multicolored dots that nod to the innovation-focused Nike Alpha Project.
