The Comme des Garçons SHIRT x Supreme x 6 Inch features a premium waterproof nubuck leather upper dressed in a tan color scheme with embossed polka dots across the midfoot. The boot also sports a padded black leather collar with Comme des Garçons branding, a red Supreme hang tag near the ankle, metallic gold eyelets, and classic Timberland branding on the side.
