The BAIT x Astro Boy x Reebok Hurrikaze 2 is taken from a collaborative collection inspired by the classic manga series. Made famous by Shawn ‘The Reign Man’ Kemp, the vintage hoops shoe makes use of a tan nubuck upper with perforated detailing for improved breathability. Tonal blueprint graphics adorn zigzagging leather overlays, featuring a solid black exterior on the lateral side and mismatched green and red finishes on the medial side. BAIT branding appears on the tongue, while Astro Boy’s silhouetted likeness decorates the back heel. The sneaker rides on an EVA midsole, enhanced with Hexalite cushioning and supported by asymmetrical rubber outsoles in green and red.
