This edition of the Vans Authentic pays tribute to the skate brand’s first factory, located in Anaheim, California, by pairing throwback details with modern design elements. The checkerboard colorway combines the sturdy textile upper and cotton laces of the original sneaker with an UltraCush sockliner. The foxing tape is finished with a higher gloss than the standard Authentic.
