Cultural tastemaker Tremaine Emory founded Denim Tears in 2019 following creative stints at Marc Jacobs, Stüssy and Yeezy. The socially driven label spotlights the Black American experience, alluding to the history of slavery through its Cotton Wreath print. Emory’s messaging is amplified by an ever-expanding collaborative roster, including projects with Dior, Levi’s, Offset and more.
