Y-3 is a collaborative label between adidas and Yohji Yamamoto. The Japanese designer is known for his unorthodox and avant-garde approach, which is reflected in the futuristic Y-3 Runner 4D II. The sneaker’s Primeknit upper is wrapped in a midfoot cage, with the structure’s combination of lacing and cylindrical piping doubling as the Three-Stripes.
