The Nike Blazer was originally designed as a simple basketball high top before it was remixed in 2002 for Nike’s new SB skateboarding division. In 2006, Supreme teamed up with Nike SB for three radically luxurious takes on the Blazer silhouette in black, Varsity Red, and Sail. This ‘Sail’ model features a quilted leather upper with a brown python snakeskin Swoosh, a gold Swoosh on the tongue, Sail laces with gold aglets, and a Gucci-inspired stripe on the heel. The hype for the shoe lead to campouts when released.
