The adidas SL Loop Runner launched in 2014 with a design that references the adidas SL 72, a ‘podium shoe’ designed for runners to wear between races. This 2015 monochromatic 'Red Croc’ colorway features faux crocodile skin overlays on the mudguard, heel, iconic T-toe and serrated Three-Stripes that extend up to the eyestay. It also comes with metallic boot-like upper eyelets and gold branding on the tongue, side panel and heel, while the shoe rests on a sculpted concave midsole.
