King James debuted this ‘South Beach’ PE in March 2018 as part of Nike’s ‘LeBron Watch’ program, for which the Swoosh developed a series of LeBron 15 PE colorways tying back to the athlete’s career. As the moniker suggests, this edition was a callback to James’ tenure with the Miami Heat which yielded two rings and a legendary teal and pink LeBron 8, the inspiration for this particular pair. Unlike other releases from LeBron Watch campaign, this pair was never released to the public.
