The adidas NMD_R1 ‘White Blue Bird’ makes use of an off-white knit upper with a bound collar, traditional lace closure, and tonal welded three-stripes trimmed in blue. A Velcro heel overlay can be decorated with a series of interchangeable patches marked with different branding elements, including a Trefoil logo and a simple adidas wordmark. The sneaker rides on a full-length Boost midsole, its lateral sidewall equipped with a pair of EVA plugs. Underfoot, a cored-out rubber outsole delivers reduced weight and durable traction.
