Releasing as part of ‘The Little Mermaid Collection,’ the Disney x adidas Originals Flex J ‘Ariel’ celebrates the titular character with a lifestyle runner offered in kids sizing. A monochromatic off-white finish floods the mesh and leather upper, save for thee-stripe branding in a metallic lavender hue. The same color is repeated on Disney and adidas logos printed on the leather tongue tag. The interior side of the tongue is decorated with Ariel’s likeness. Lightweight cushioning comes courtesy of an EVA sole unit, complete with flex grooves that promote a natural ride.
