In January 2018, Nike dropped the special-edition Adonis Creed x Metcon 3 Flyknit 'White Team Red' sneaker concurrently with the Creed II premiere, starring Michael B. Jordan. The Metcon silhouette originally debuted in 2015 with four core performance attributes in mind—lockdown, stability, grip and mobility. This version retains those elements, along with its drop-in midsole and Flyknit upper decorated with Creed II branding.
