The Best Street Style of the SS24 Men’s Season
Directional outfits from seasonal showcases in Milan and Paris. Featuring lightweight layers, statement jackets and accent jewelry.
The fashion calendar resumed in June with Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2024, showcasing the latest collections from both emerging and established designers.
Pharrell Williams’ debut for Louis Vuitton dominated the conversation at Paris Fashion Week. Mixing design cues introduced by Virgil Abloh with familiar house codes, the multihyphenate ushered in a new era for the iconic house. In Milan, Matthew M. Williams’ presented a workwear-inspired interpretation of 1017 ALYX 9SM, while Irish designer Jonathan Anderson continued to refine his vision of playful experimentation at his namesake label.
As Europe basked in seasonal sunshine, attendees opted for fluid ensembles of breezy fabrics and draped silhouettes, reflecting the stylistic shift to a softer interpretation of masculinity that took place on the runway. Others, meanwhile, embraced the heat in statement jackets.
