Founded by Kent Uyehara in 1986, FTC officially launched with its own skateboard shop in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury neighborhood in 1994. Short for "For The City," the brand takes pride in SF's legacy as a skating hub, actively supporting the Bay Area's emerging and established riders. The FTC Team Socks are styled after classic athletic socks, accented with stripe detailing along the upper cuff and detailed with FTC's three-letter OG logo on the sole.
