Alessi produces home goods and kitchenware focused on innovation, refinement and functionality. In 1989, Memphis Milano founder Ettore Sottsass designed a series of wooden products for the Italian firm. Titled 'Twergi' (named after a mythical group of elves who could be both mischievous and helpful to humans), the items celebrate Italian woodworking while reflecting Sottsass' playful style. Crafted from beechwood with a stainless steel corkscrew, this iteration of the ES17 corkscrew is accented by hits of red, yellow and black.
