Developed at adidas’ Future Lab in Herzogenaurach, Germany, the Adizero Adios Pro 4 debuted in 2024 as the lightest training shoe in the brand’s running line. Building on the design DNA of the Adios Pro 3, the upper is composed of one-way stretch mesh with internal locking bands for a snug fit, with thickened Three Stripes extending to the double-layered Lightstrike Pro midsole. Carbon-infused Energyrods and a forefoot rocker work in tandem for superior responsiveness. A Continental rubber outsole ensures grip without adding excess weight.
