The adidas NMD_R1 V2 ‘Core Black’ showcases a familiar palette that appeared on the OG NMD_R1 from 2015. The black textile knit upper is made in part with recycled content and features molded eyelets and tonal welded three-stripes. ‘The Brand with the 3 Stripes’ is inscribed in multiple languages on the lateral quarter panel. The tagline is repeated on a wraparound heel strap in crimson, which is connected to one of two NMD plugs embedded in the full-length Boost midsole.
