Taking away excess weight from the more bulky basketball shoes of the time, designer Tinker Hatfield implemented a neoprene ankle piece to create the Air Flight Huarache in 1992. This retro white, gold and black 2004 edition preserves the Huarache style and features leather upper with reinforcements at the ankle and heel. The gold neoprene lining pops through at the midfoot and matches Nike branding on the tongue. A chunky midsole provides responsiveness for every move on the court.
