The Vivienne Westwood x ASICS Gel Kayano 27 DE ‘White Lichen Rock’ gives the performance running shoe a fashion-forward makeover. The British designer covers the upper in white ripstop textile with a translucent heel counter and a no-sew forefoot overlay for added durability. The broken remnants of an open mesh overlay extend from toe to midfoot, giving the shoe an unfinished look. Vivienne Westwood’s Orb logo, along with ASICS’ printed tiger stripes, adorns the sneaker’s lateral side. Lightweight cushioning is provided by a speckled FlyteFoam midsole, with visible Gel cushioning under the heel for improved impact protection.
