ERL SS24 Will Make You Believe
Eli Russell Linnetz presents his eponymous brand’s first runway show in Florence, turning Palazzo Corsini into a luxury hideout for California surfers.

Only a few years ago, you’d be forgiven for not knowing who Eli Russell Linnetz is despite working closely with pop luminaries like Lady Gaga and Kid Cudi. Today it’s difficult to imagine the fashion landscape without him. Following a stint as a graphic designer for Comme des Garçons, Adrian Joffe, president of CDG and Dover Street Market, approached Linnetz with the idea of starting his own clothing line. Cut to 2018 and Linnetz did exactly that, using his initials to underline the connection between ERL the person and ERL the brand.

Presented in the courtyard of Palazzo Corsini, ERL SS24 told the story of California surfers flocking to Italy in the year 2176 to surf the waves above an underwater Florence.
