Pavement Queens: Sandy Kim Shoots the Next Generation of Skateboarding
The photographer meets up with Efron Danzig, Eliane Castiglione V. and Sticky for an impromptu session in the hills of LA.

"When I was approached to shoot a skate editorial for GOAT, I knew I wanted to focus on girl skaters. I casted girls who embody a unique sense of style and individuality. My goal was to shine a spotlight on the incredible talent and creativity of these women, showcasing not only their skills on the board but also their distinctive personal aesthetics.
The mood I aimed to capture in this editorial was candid and representative of a skater's everyday life. I find the diverse cultures of the West Coast to be the most inspiring. For shoots like this, I usually select a location and do some research to envision how it will look. On the day of the shoot, I just go with the flow." - Sandy Kim
